How to measure your wrist:
Size XS; from 15.5 to 17.5 cm wrist
Size S; from 17 to 19.5 cm wrist
Size M; from 20 to 21.5 cm wrist
Size L; from 21.5 to 22.5 cm wrist
Size XL; above 23 cm wrist

Please note that every wrist is very different. Also for the fitting, some like it loose, some like it tight.
