Each item is mostly made from Recycled Perspex in combination with RVS or Nickel free metal.
Our packaging is also mostly made from recycled materials and/ or eco-friendly materials.

We aim to use mostly recycled Perspex for our Jewellery. Currently on 80%, going on 100%!
Our products are designed by Helène Klein (owner STUDIO HEEY & House of Heey, a STUDIO HEEY Creation) in the Netherlands and laser cut in Belgium by our partner STITCH Laserworks.
We use minimal movement and most of our other product assets are bought locally.
Our packaging is also mostly made from recycled materials and/ or eco-friendly materials.

Perspex:
This material does not change colour over time and is very sturdy.
Perspex is not scratch free, so be kind to your items.
Thinner pieces of Perspex are not as sturdy as more solid pieces, please handle with care.
To give your Perspex super shine without stripes: Use Acetone-free nail polish remover.
Polish with a soft cloth and rinse with water. Dry after polishing.

Items combined with RVS metal:
This material should not change colour. We always aim to use the best quality pieces.
If somehow your RVS combined item changes colour, please contact us.
We will make sure you get what you paid for babe.
Please note that RVS is not Nickel free.

Items combined with Nickel free metal:
These items are Nickel free.
Note that these items may slightly change colour over time since they are not made from RVS, gold or silver.
Polishing your items from time to time with a soft cloth makes them shine again.
Overtime this will not always help, but the Perspex will stay unchanged.

When you’re not wearing your Jewellery you should keep them in a safe and secure place. Do not store your items in the bathroom or any other humid spots. Jewellery boxes are a great place to keep your items.

Returns & Exchanges 👾

If you want to return or exchange an article you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom-made pieces.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Free shipping within The Netherlands!
All orders within The Netherlands will be shipped by PostNL. It takes only 1-5 business days (after payment) to process your order. When your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with Track and Trace information with which you can follow your parcel’s journey to your doorstep. PostNL states to deliver packages within 3 business days after you’ve received the track&trace code. This information is an indication provided by PostNL and we can’t guaranty any delivery time based on this information. Please note we can’t be held responsible for any delays, damage or loss once the package has left our studio and is transferred to our carrier.

Shipping costs and delivery time for international orders depends on the destination and the costs are specified on your invoice. It takes 3-7 business days (after payment) to process your order. When your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with Track and Trace information with which you can follow your parcel’s journey to your doorstep. Additional import, customs and sales taxes may be added in accordance with your country’s specific requirements. Please note we can’t be held responsible for any delays, damage or loss once the package has left our studio and is transferred to our carrier.

Unfortunately, our prices don’t include local taxes, duties, brokerage fees or other fees that you may be charged to receive your Jewellery at home. We recommend you to consider all fees, because once your order arrives you’ll be required to pay all taxes, duties etcetera. We won’t be able to refund these costs if you change your mind.

The agreement becomes binding at the time you place your order in the online order form. After payment is complete, we will process your order. Until that time we will remain full owner of the products in your order.

All designs are property of STUDIO HEEY and may not be reused or reprinted without express permission. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

All prices of the items are displayed in EURO. They exclude any shipping and administration costs.

STUDIO HEEY is not bound by the terms of its offer in the event that there is any printing, typesetting or programming fault on its website.

STUDIO HEEY has the right to change text and images on the website, without giving notice first.

The delivery time of our Jewellery (or other items such as clothing) is based on the production time needed in our workspace. An item that’s in stock will be shipped within 7 workdays, after receiving payment. When in stock we will do our best to send it the same day. Please note that this period is calculated without including the shipping time. For orders on products that are not in stock and need to be made, contact us for details on production and shipping time. Don’t hesitate to let us know if you are in a hurry. – Please note we can’t be held responsible for any delays, damage or loss once the package has left our studio and is transferred to our carrier.

– Articles shall be delivered to the address given by the customer.

The customer can use any of the payment methods listed in the webshop upon checkout. After you have placed an order you will receive an email confirming your order.

When a product is mistakenly listed with an incorrect price, STUDIO HEEY reserves the right to cancel the order for the product with the price listed incorrectly. Even when the customer has already paid for the product, the order may be cancelled and the customer’s money refunded.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We can only accept Jewellery that hasn’t been worn and/or hasn’t been damaged and is in perfect condition, in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Jewellery that is custom made to your size or preferences cannot be returned. It is important to know that we reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns and replacements. We are entitled to refuse to accept a returned article or to send it back to the customer if the article appears to have been used, no longer carries the original labels, or reveals damage caused by the customer, or if the customer does not comply with the instructions for returning the article given by STUDIO HEEY.

You’ll have two months of warranty from the date of purchase. Within these two months we will repair your item for free if it’s any error caused by us. Please contact studioheey@outlook.com and include in the email your name, order number and a picture of the damage.

If the item has been damaged by the customer there will be a charge for this service. Please contact studioheey@outlook.com and we will give a quotation regarding the repair costs. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs.

We don’t give warranty for:
– Natural wear and tear
– Stains caused by perfume
– Complaints caused by misuse of the parts and/ or Jewellery
